Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your OTTAVO Kit. You have two return options.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. We will refund the full amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of the product's return.

Extended OTTAVO Return (60 days)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we accept returns within 60 days of receipt for new, unused products in their original packaging. In Italy, returns are free: satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.

How to request a return

Write to info@walkpluma.com indicating your order number. We will send you return instructions. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt: we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

The OTTAVO Kit includes only the case and strap. The Audemars Piguet × Swatch Royal Pop watch is not included and is not subject to sale or return.
