Shipping

All orders are tracked: you will receive the tracking code by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times

Italy: delivery within approximately 14 business days from the order.
European Union: delivery within approximately 20 business days from the order.

These times include order processing (1-3 business days) and transport. Any delays due to customs or the courier are beyond OTTAVO's control; in such cases, we will keep you updated.

Shipping costs

Free shipping in Italy. For international destinations, the cost is calculated at checkout.
